REALLY? I can't afford the vet, but would LOVE to be able to treat the
pets. We've had good control of fleas/ticks for years now, but this place
where I'm living now has lots of squirrels and rabbits in the 'hood and I'm
seeing some increased scratching

Re: Cushings and diabetes ... He did lose his sight from the diabetes.... After several months of trying to control his diabetes my Vet sent him to an internist. ... Long story short, his glucose tests still show that he's not regulated all that well, but he is happy and his water consumption and urinating are not too bad. ... (rec.pets.dogs.health)
