Below is copied from the pdf file on Arthrotec you get if you type arthrotec.com into your browser.
I think I missed the original post, so am not quite sure who is saying what is right, but if Arthrotec 75 was dictated, I'd have no problem with it. The dosage of the misoprostol is constant. If I were the person being pinged for typing it, I might decide that if I was constantly going to have to defend my work for things where I was correct - I might quit.
Treatment (n=36) Cmax (pg/mL) tmax (hr) (pg·hr/mL) ARTHROTEC 50 441 (137) 0.30 (0.13) 266 (95) Cytotec® 478 (201) 0.30 (0.10) 295 (143) ARTHROTEC 75 304 (110) 0.26 (0.09) 177 (49) Cytotec 290 (130) 0.35 (0.12) 176 (58)

I guess I didn't even look that close - I just saw 75 and cut and pasted it. I usually just make a note in my lil red notebook and go on my merry way, though, if the boss says do something different. I'm not the militant MT type (well most days). <G>
Well, it still does not say that Arthrotec 75 is incorrect, it just appears to me that it is breaking it down with the contents in parenthesis beside it. To me, THAT seems an incorrect way to write it. That would be like breaking down a cold medicine to all of the components, xx amount of pseudoephedrine, x amount of acetaminophen, x amount of whatever else instead of just writing Triaminic Cold, Allergy and Sinus.
