I was at a complete loss when my spare stove in the basement broke two years
ago. I cook for a ton of people so we are talking two turkeys, a honey ham,
a big old roast, and then all the trimmings. I broke down and got one of
those Nesco <sp> roasters which has been a godsend. My dream kitchen will
have three ovens - two built ins and the range. Of course, my husband thinks
I am nuts because they will only get used about 5 times a year LOL. I'm not
big on regular day to day cooking, but I love entertaining and serving a
crowd. So we do all of the holidays, then big summer BBQs and sometimes the
"just for the hell of it" gatherings. Our two families combined are over 30
people so then you throw in a couple of friends, etc. and well, it is a full
house.
