So, I take it these are not the knuckleheads who wanted to drag you out
of urgent care so you could transcribe a stat? :)

I've been toiling for a group of docs for about 8 years now, and the
head honcho there is still pretending not to know who I am. He has
spoken to me on, I believe, two occasions when he absolutely could not
avoid me. They pay their bill promptly, and I just remember that when
he doesn't seem to know my name. I do envy you that client.
