Curious though, while not knocking anyone, there are certainly others here who are far more negative and way more consistently than I am - yet you never say a word. Why is that?

You didn't address my positive remarks. The doctor who complimented me and thanked me on tape (and in past through my MTSO) is not my friend. I've never met him. I don't even know if he knows my name. He does know a given person has been doing his work and catching his mistakes (his words mind you). He was appreciative. It's sad (there's that word again) if you haven't gotten the same - with all your stellar work, I guess.

I'm not knocking you.  I don't make the mistake of thinking my clients

are my friends. They aren't; they are my clients. If you find that
sad, go ahead, enjoy.
