buying a computer on ebay?

I'm about due for a new computer and I noticed that you can, for instance,
buy a new Dell with full factory warranty and everything from these
resellers on ebay.

The pc's are cheaper there by $300-400, even including the shipping charges.

Many of the vendors are "power sellers" with lots of transactions and very
good feedback scores.

Does anyone have any experience with buying a pc on ebay? Looks like a very
attractive option.
