Ed, also you can use a credit card through PayPal. PayPal has buyer
protection, but if that is not enough you can protest a charge with your
credit card company.
For a purchase like that, use an escrow service for payment. I've never
bought anything expensive enough to use one, but I think a computer would
definitely warrant it. Ebay recommends www.escrow.com
