Sorry, but I don't remember any case of the ACLU helping Christians. Maybe they have, but I haven't heard about it.

WELL, I guess someone who works at one of these stores can make the
case that "Merry Christmas" is protected speech, and maybe the ACLU
will help them out!  Are any of them making such a case??
