I use yahoo and gmail and no problems at all. My mails are sent right
away. My friend sent me an email while we were on the phone, and I got
it in a few seconds.
The delays you are experiencing could be the problem with your ISP's
mail servers. I suggest you call them and inquire if they are indeed
having problems with their mail servers.
