That's why they wear kneepads, elbow pads and helmets. I'm not sure if
the RD girls use them, but there are also wrist guards designed for
skating and skateboards. One of these days, I need to get my skates
out and use them again. You can tell it's been a while since I last
skated just by the description: Reidell boots, Sure-grip Century
plates and trucks, adjustable dance stops, and upgraded about ten years
ago to Kryptonics 70mm outdoor wheels. Lots of fun!
