Re: Question about dish TV

I don't think it has anything to do with being out of the U.S. because they
*don't know* it's out of the U.S. (It's supposedly illegal to have satellite
TV in Belize... and the landscape is studded with 8' dishes). Somehow the
reprogramming stuff makes no sense to me, and I think my neighbor should
make another phone call. Thanks.
