We have our MTs log in every day to let us know what hours they will be
working that day, so that helps us make sure we have adequate coverage.
Also, our operation is a little different than most MTSOs because our
MTs aren't promised a certain number of lines or reports a day, so if
they have only a few reports some days and more reports other days,
they're not complaining. That's the flip side of them not having to
meet quotas or work so many hours or days. Thus far we have been able
to meet our TAT, so for us this method works.
