OT - How to bypass telphone prompts to get to human at major companies

Found this on AOL front page this a.m. Funny, AOL isn't listed (or it is way at bottom of list). Might come in handy when calling banks or credit card companies. GIves list of what to say or which sequence of buttons to push to bypass automated phone systems to get to human.
