On my other house we have escrow and yes it is nice...the tax bill comes in
in November and I just send it to them and they pay it out of the escrow.
But our mortgage company for the new house doesn't offer escrow, so it
really sucks...$600 a month for mortgage and then in November paying a
thousand in a lump sum. GULP!!
