Re: Anyone had firsthand experience with Panniculitis/lymphoedema?

I don't care for off-shoring either. My best sub is a U.S. citizen who lived
in the United States for the first 2 years I used her and then moved to
Sweden to live with her fiance who has a mega-hit Swedish rock band over
there. So I have now sent work to her in Sweden for 2 years because I hate
to lose her. Am I off-shoring? No, I don't think so, not in the regular
sense that she's helping with overflow, it's not a permanent full-time
position. Is Rae working for an off-shore company? No, not really. She's
helping Ozgal with some overflow that will probably not be a permanent
full-time position. I see it as helping someone out, not ruining a domestic
business as "true" off-shoring business is doing. Is Oz doing it to save
money? No, she's doing it because it just so happened to be an American who
offered to help her out. Doctors are sending their work off-shore to save
money for crap work. Does Rae do crap work for little or no money? Heck no,
and I am speaking from firsthand experience on both counts. Although I don't
really care for it, off-shoring is not much different than interstate
commerce. I am in Kentucky, doing work for a company out of Tennessee,
sending some of my work to Sweden. The client in Tennessee is not keeping
the money in Tennessee, so what's the difference in the real scheme of
things to a company that sends that money to a different country. My money
isn't going back to Tennessee's economy in any way.
