Copper River salmon, on the other hand, are the best *marketed*
fish ever, though they aren't bad eating either.

Our local Costco had wild Copper River salmon for a few weeks. It was
absolutely delicious.

They had it right next to the farmed salmon and the difference in color was
remarkable. The wild salmon had this dark rich color, while the farmed
salmon (artificial color added) was almost flourescent orange.

I bought the farmed salmon at Costco once, but it tasted very fishy. I had
assumed it would taste mild, if anything, because farmed catfish is mild
tasting. It wasn't because it wasn't fresh either. It just tasted very
fishy.

The Copper River salmon, on the other hand, was wonderful.
