We have the same sort of deal in San Diego at the border crossing to
Tijuana. I have never attempted to do the duty-free business, but then
I almost got arrested to trying to smuggle an extra bottle of Kahlua,
that had already been x-rayed and they knew about, so I was either
stupid or blond.
