Oh boy, if he'd been drinking there certainly should have been a charge of some kind brought. Guns and alcohol are NOT a safe combination. Far as I know shooting someone would be manadtory to report including on part of the medical facility shouldn't it? you can't go get treated for a gunshot wound and not have the cops involved I don't think.
