I thought the authorities were notified within an hour or so. Do we know if the ER called the cops or the Secret Service?

illegal to shoot someone then get on a plane and go home without
notifying police? If it's not, it kind of should be, don't you think?
If the victim dies, will Cheney will be charged with involuntary
manslaughter or will it still be dismissed an "accident?" We'll have to
wait for these answers.
