Hi Chris!! I'll have to check my Olympus software but I believe there
is a way to have everything from different folders all moved to one
either when the program is going through it's downloading process from
the device or, well, I cannot remember when. I had a doc who had
plopped files into a gazillion different folders and while it kept
taking them off his recorder and putting them on his computer but he
didn't know it and didn't upload them. Well, 700-something files at
once later we figured out how to remedy that. Let me see where I put
that information.

What Olympus recorders do you use?

Okay, I think this is how we did it - I don't have any recorders handy to
try it out but it may help you.

Open the DSS Player program
Tools
Options

Look down for download folder and then there is a box to the right. Click
on that box and you will have the option to make them all go to one folder
or all automatically download to whatever folder you specify by going to
that location and creating it.
