Well, I'd surely not accuse someone (who isn't a known alcoholic) of drinking anything at any time if I didn't know for sure. I don't think any of us would like that kind of speculation going around our neighborhood.

Actually, I believe you can do a blood test for up to so many hours past even a minute amount of alcohol but I'd have to look it up to remember the specifics or even where I read about it.
