No, not at all. They upload the files onto my server into each particular
doctor's folder. I then make a folder, for example, 021706 Jones, and
then
I put all the files uploaded on that date in that folder

I guess I am lucky that the client actually sends the files over as say
CEP021706v.dss and CEP021706s.txt files. Once downloaded, I just send
them to the specific dictator's folder.
