Re: #5 Pennsylvania, UAI

Thanks for bumping it up, Janice. I did miss it. Pennsylvania is a
great place to live. I cannot imagine living anywhere where there
weren't "four seasons". My favorite is the fall. There is nothing quite
like being up the Pocono Mountains in the fall. The foliage is
absolutely breathtaking. For the skiers and snowboarders, the Poconos
have three ski resorts and several beautiful state parks in the area
and plenty of snow. I'm not really too keen on the snow other than to
watch it as I sit comfortably by the fireplace. I also love the spring,
whether up there or down in Levittown (right outside of Philly), it's
beautiful watching everything come back to life. As for Philly....I'll
leave that for Bambi or Liz. I never really get into the city much.
I'm originally from Pittsburgh and that's where my heart really is. The
people of Pittsburgh are what really makes it great. I have lived in PA,
FL and TX and the people in Pittsburgh are really one of a kind. They
are so friendly and outgoing, no one is really a stranger in
Pittsburgh. I have been out of Pittsburgh since I was a teenager but
my daughter and her husband, my sisters and a dozen cousins still live
there so we go back several times a year. Once the majority of the
steelmills closed in the Pittsburgh area, many thought that was it for
the city but they have made a remarkable come back. And let's not
forget what else Pittsburgh has.....the SuperBowl Champion Pittsburgh
Steelers!
