Kathy,
No reason to apologize. I thought maybe you were going to be there on
vacation too! I don't know how long Barry Manilow is going to be
there, but I know one of my docs was there to see him in January so
maybe he has an extended contract there.

THROUGH DECEMBER
NEW COPACABANA BAR OFFERS MANILOW?S HISTORY AT LEGENDARY HILTON THEATER
LAS VEGAS?The Las Vegas Hilton has opened additional seats for sale through
December for Barry Manilow?s
long-term engagement at the Las Vegas Hilton, which started February 23.
?The increasing demand for Barry Manilow has prompted the release of an
additional block of tickets
through his December performances,? said Ira David Sternberg, vice president
of communications.
An added bonus to Manilow?s performances is the Copacabana Bar, a working
bar located inside the Hilton Theater that features many of Manilow?s gold
and platinum records from his personal collection, great career photos, and
the infamous Copacabana jacket.
Manilow began a long-term engagement with the Las Vegas Hilton after more
than three decades of performing and a career that has produced more than 50
albums. He has signed on to perform for crowds with 5 shows a week for 24
weeks throughout 2005 and into 2006.
Manilow just completed his final road tour ?One Night Live! One Last Time!?,
selling out venues in 22 cities in which he performed for 250,000 fans and
promoted his latest album ?SCORES-Songs from Copacabana and Harmony.? Said
Manilow, ?I?ve spent the last three months telling audiences that since I
wouldn?t be touring again, the only way to see me is if you come to my home!
Well, I?ve got a new home...The Las Vegas Hilton! Las Vegas is now the home
to a large number of talented performers and I feel lucky to be joining the
group.?
The Las Vegas Hilton ranks among the world?s most famous and popular resort
destinations, located blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and adjacent to the
Las Vegas Convention Center, offering 3,000 luxurious rooms and suites
situated on 59 acres. The property is one of the largest hotels in the world
and features top-name entertainment, 15 distinctive restaurants, a
full-service health club and spa, Star Trek: The ExperienceÒ and much more.
Manilow performs Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9 p.m. and 7:30 and
10:00 p.m. on Saturday in the legendary Hilton Theater. Stage seat tickets
are $225 (plus tax and service charge). The seats are up close and personal
with 30 located on each side of the stage and at the same level. Main
orchestra tickets are $145 (plus tax and service charge through the August
13th show-$155 beginning September 7); rear orchestra tickets $115 (plus tax
and service charge) and balcony $85 (plus tax and service charge) and can be
