Frankly, I find it a bit ironic that this is happening in a state which
took years and years to pass a seatbelt law and to my knowledge still
doesn't have a mandatory motorcycle helmet law because those laws
infringe on people's personal liberties, doncha know... :-|

Well, while a bit ironic I guess BUT some people believe that unborn
children have liberties just as much as those walking around. They have
the ability to make the choice for themselves. The unborn babies have no
choice whether to live or die - it is up to the mother carrying that baby.
