One thing I do personally understand is how liberalizing abortion has
come along with a ZPG mentality. I got lots of odd looks and hateful
comments when I carried my third and fourth children. So much for
being
pro-choice, unless by "pro choice" you mean free to choose to abort.
I received similar comments from friends and family who equated me
with a baby making machine. It never occurred to them that I sincerely
enjoyed being pregnant and that I considered children a blessing, not
an inconvenience or career buster.
