Thanks, Rae. If I can't find a ready-made solution OR if I can't figure out
a way to do it in Word myself OR if I ask Bob and he's too busy, I'll
contact you for Julie's "guy" or I'll contact Bob in Texas. Good to have

Know what you mean - I use WP variables with Smartype to enter patient
names, first, last, etc., by typing a shortcut. Really helps on those LONG
difficult names.

If Bob doesn't have time, I know there is someone on productivity that is
slick with word macros - he wrote some for Julie in Oz. I think his name
is Ed something.
