Ooh...sticky situation. This is one area where technology has passed up
the law. I understand both sides; she wants to have a child that's
genetically hers and can't other than this way, and he doesn't want to
be forced into having and supporting a family when he's no longer with
this woman. There's got to be some way of changing the law to allow
either parent to relinquish their rights to the embryos without penalty.
