That is the way I do it. I was taught that way in business school, but
since that was more than 50 years ago things may have changed, and like you,
I am too lazy (and it is too early) right now to pick up the book--which I
would have to rise from my chair and reach! And the Secretary's Handbook
might not agree with BOS, anyway. They often don't.

One of my offices wants the address included so their staff doesn't have to
look it up, but that's not the way it SHOULD be.
