MT Daily subscription signup


I've been getting e-mail about the MT Daily newsletter ever since then
went to pay per view. Didn't it use to be that you could read but not
post for free? I clicked on the link for the newsletter, and now it
takes me directly to the subscription page. Hasn't this changed
recently? I still can believe they're making money charging MTs to
talk to each other when there are other free sites! Just wondering if
anyone else noticed this change.
