I just can't fathom this at all. So you're saying, it's okay for aPeople can pull out scripture and turn it to mean anything they want, but
Christian to portray a fictional character, only for money, who takes the
Lord's name in vain, has sex with multiple partners, etc.
What about the text referring to whatever is pure, etc., think on these
things?
ultimately we will all be judged by the only one qualified to judge us. In
the meantime, we all have to find our own way and if we are busy doing that,
we won't have a lot of time to work on our neighbors.
If a person who acts as a noxious character says he's a Christian, it's not
for me to say he isn't. I wouldn't say words that I find offensive (of
which I can only think of one phrase, frankly - the rest aren't profane, but
merely vulgar) to play a character, but I might portray a character doing
things, with me not actually doing them - shooting up drugs, or sleeping
around, for example.
