THis is what has floored me about what I've learned some folks believe
Christianity is. Do anything you want with abandon and it's okay because
one has Jesus. Long way from the belief that one claims to love God, they
do as he asks. Along same lines as I love my husband and therefore I don't
run around to bars picking up men for one night (or any night) stands. If
I did, I'd be broiled alive here - though it is no different from saying
you love God then living your life in opposition to his teachings.

Okay, you and I just disagree on whose job it is to say that about any

Rae, spirituality and spiritual growth is a process and an "inside job."

Paul stated, "everything is permissible for me, but not everything is
beneficial."

We grow in our faith as we make mistakes and learn what is not beneficial.

Having someone else point out for us what they think is not beneficial
accomplishes nothing.
