Issues are usually so complicated and circumstances so variable, that
I feel people who see only black/white are more opinionated than
logical.
And it is those gray areas that are probably the #1 problem with the judicial system. (think about it for a moment)
Like those "extenuating circumstances" that seem to cloud a lot of trials?
