Yeah, it is doing what the client told you to do, and the client is telling
you to lie. That doesn't make it right or ethical.

Not lying - it's doing what your client told you to do. It's not up to me
to be their conscience. If they tell me to put redictated on a report I
know darned well they never dictated in the first place, no different.
