Well, if something is translated as written there's nothing divine about
it. Words are words and any linguist that knows them and historical
nuances for exact meaning is capable. Likely it would be more accurate if
a translator did not have a specific axe to grind. Imagine if they found
adding one word or using an acceptable definition for it would mean
completely changing scripture to something they vehemently believe is
wrong?
I agree.
But I also believe that if the panel approaches the project with an attitude
of sincerity and prayer, that there is divine guidance in answer to those
sincere prayers.
