Getting to this NG

I have a friend that would like to visit this NG. Can anyone tell me what
she needs to do to find us. She has Outlook express, and Time Warner road
runner is her Internet provider. She has never been to a newsgroup before
and doesn't know how to get to it. I don't know how to tell her to either.
Do you know what she would need to do to get into the group? Thanks, Judy
