Well followup is NOT a word in any of my dictionaries. It is two words, or
hyphenated when it modifies a noun, such as follow-up visit, but seen in
follow up.. I know some claim it is okay to use followup as a noun, but not
in any of my references.

I thought Arabic numerals were used for most everything now. At least that
is what I have been doing, but most of what I use is in orthopedics, so I
don't think any of those are Romanized.

Their source?! It is the know-it-all office manager that also says
that generic drugs are capped and followup is ALWAYS two words. LOL
