Perhaps it's not "one" example, but that's the tenor of the nitpickiness
I have seen and heard of. Services that have new rules daily or weekly -
which of course make their "ICs" employees (whether they want to
believe it or not). Why do MTSOs put up with this crap?

I'm curious how rules make someone an employee instead of an IC.

I have some accounts that have been with me for years and they still
change their mind about stuff. Since they're the ones paying the
bills, they get to do that. Am I supposed to not pass that on in
deference to the sensitivity of the MT?
