I absolutely believe in the death penalty and don't like the idea of
supporting him for the rest of his life! However I don't believe in making
a martyr out of him, either. I think this was probably best in his case.
However, unless he is kept in solitary I doubt he will last long in prison!

I believe, though, that the punishment the jury decided on for
Moussaoui is the best one. He would have been a martyr to his cause if
given the death penalty, and a quick death is too good for him.
This way, this 37-year-old man has to spend the rest of his life, and I
hope he lives to 100, sitting in a prison with no hope of parole. I
just wonder what the other prisoners will think of him and how they
will treat him.
Am I really in the minority in thinking this way? Listening to the
media reports, I'm starting to think I am.
