Around here they used to put them in orange jumpsuits and take them out
to the roadways and they would pick up trash (with guards standing by).
I doubt they were the kind who were flight risks, though. I haven't
seen that for a long time (but then I seldom leave the house anymore so
that MIGHT be why). <G>
