Sorry, I can't agree. That's the problem. They preach forgiveness, but what it really means is only for those who agree with them. I don't know answer as there are a lot of repeat offenders. There are also some who do learn, got caught for something minor and prosecuted to max for it while someone guilty of more serious crimes walks. When injustice is done, it just makes them angry and bitter and ready to screw the system and all involved with it.
