I'm not particularly in favor of mandatory credentialling. YouIf that's the case, then the person in question would not be able to

have "it" when it comes to actually putting it into practice.

experience, so hopefully by then the candidate would know if they have
"it." As for mandatory credentialing, I'm sure it will never happen,
don't give it another thought.
