Essentially, if the dr dictates 2:30 o'clock, that's what he is going to get
from me and that's what I do from a QA standpoint.
The dictator says that for whatever reason he might feel it is needed (I
have no clue why), but to me, if he wants to make a change after he gets
what he dictates, then that is up to him (most of what I QA are verbatim
though). I would think it would depend on the account specifics.

Well, as I'm seeing on another thread... it's technically WRONG! LOL! But
as I also stated on the other thread, it's what's in my client specs for a
prominent oncologic hospital-- they get what they want.
