can you hear if it's "metamyelocytes," which are neutrophils. Here is a

"CBC with white count of 41,700 with 70 segs, 7 bands, 2 *s/l
metamonocytes*, 8 lymphocytes, 13 monocytes, hemoglobin 10.3, hematocrit
31.7, and platelet count is 1,096,000."

I can't document metamonocytes and can't make it sound like metamyelocytes
or anything else, for that matter. It's on a patient with terminal
pancreatic cancer with mets to liver who had an MI and cardiac arrest, now
on a vent. Anybody heard of this or think of something I'm overlooking?

Thanks!
