I can't document metamonocytes and can't make it sound like metamyelocytes or anything else, for that matter. It's on a patient with terminal pancreatic cancer with mets to liver who had an MI and cardiac arrest, now on a vent. Anybody heard of this or think of something I'm overlooking?
