Truce is agreed upon because you're right, we're debating a non-issue... or
are we? I think you posting the link raises a good topic in that it's the
public's desire to feel they are part of celebrity's lives by clamoring to
look at the link or buy the magazine, etc. NO PICTURE is worth $4 million.
NONE, IMO. Not even the gorgeous ones I have of my grandson. So it's not
really PERSONAL at you specifically, but at you in a general sense. I don't
know you or a thing about you beyond the fact that you perpetuated what I
feel is a poor practice-- so when I refer to the "Jim's" of the world, it's
the people who post links (and then claim they don't care) or contribute to
the lopsidedness of our society where homeless is a huge issue and a
frickin' magazine is paying 4 million dollars to look at a picture of a
baby, who looks like all other babies.

The irony is, I don't read or buy these tabloids. I'm not even a rabid
fan of these people. I was just reacting to the media report that this
baby is the most beautiful baby in the world and her picture is worth
$4 million.

I don't care whether this baby grew a third arm on her head. I merely
posted a link for curious folks purely for entertainment purposes.

The freaking link and the reactions seem so trivial and should have
been a nonissue.

However, since you mentioned me by name with your derisive and
belittling comment, I must react strongly against your holier than thou
attitude.

It is better to kill this thread now before arguments turn ugly and
before you and I will regret that we're ragging out on each other over
nothing.
