Ah, perky, gotta love those perky folks. Where do they get that Gawd awful
gene anyway. Same place I got my crabby one I guess. Perky kind of reminds
me of jumping up and down poodles! :)

The weather guy I'd like to slap silly is really a woman, Roberta
Gonzalez. She not only goes on and on about the wonderful hot weather,
she is disgustingly "perky" in the morning. To quote Ed Asner's
comment on the MTM show, "I hate perky!"

Today, our area is on the second spare-the-air day where we are all
encouraged to not drive our car to avoid further pollution. Of course,
this doesn't count the cars racing for the next three days nearby at
Sonoma in the Infineon NASCAR Race.

I figure if all those cars can go for a hundred laps or so at top
speed, I should be able to drive 45 MPH the four miles to fill up my
half dozen gallon water bottles today.
