I looked for them in the store today and couldn't find them. I was curious.
I avoid the candy aisles, but went to see if they were there and they were
not!

Never saw the commercials, never heard of the candy. Of course with Tivo
I rarely watch commercials, and I don't have a sweet tooth, though I mints
are one of the few candies I like. However, I don't really think they are
sold down here.

Surely you've seen the ultra-cheesy commercials that used to run for
them, with some silly scene acted out which ended with someone popping a
Mentos and the slogan "Mentos - the freshmaker." There was an entire Foo
Fighters video based on those commercials that was quite funny (assuming
anyone knows or cares who the Foo Fighters are, that is).

Sandi (who is squarely in the middle of Bar study time and perilously
close to wigging out completely)
