We don't. Our area was one part of PA *NOT* in a drought.

And now they are saying the rivers won't be reaching their peaks until
Friday because the rain is north of us and rivers flowing down will
continue
rising. I'm watching Harrisburg's City Island go under in a news
conference
right now.....
