Lordy - why hasn't anyone taken that child away from her for failure to
thrive and what you describe as developmental delay regarding talking?

I won't keep him. I won't take Zak to play with him and I have told my
brother "That kid is too scary. NO WAY." I wish I were brassy enough to
say, when she asks me to go to the park, "Maybe when your child is
weaned" because it just mortifies me - and I breast fed both of mine.
